Vendors
Vendor GuidelinesEntry fee: Each space is $85.00 if paid before May 1, $95.00 after May 1. No vendor will be allowed to exhibit without payment. Space Assignments: Each space is 12x12 feet. Booth space cannot be split. No tables or chairs are provided. Setup and Teardown: Gates will be open 10:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday for setup and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday for teardown. Electricity: No electricity is provided at the field. Generators are allowed on request. Pets: The committee prefers that you leave your pets at home. However, if it is necessary to bring them, please keep them secured in your area, walk them away from the powwow grounds, pick up after them, and dispose of waste properly. Liability: The Lake Geneva Powwow Committee is not responsible for loss or damage to works of art or property belonging to vendors. All exhibitors are responsible for their own displays. Unallowable items: Only the powwow committee has the right to determine whether an item can be sold or not. Pipestone, items made of pipestone, and herbs cannot be sold without approval from the committee. Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, firearms, or fireworks are allowed. Arts and crafts items can be represented as Native-made only in accordance with the Indian Arts and Craft Act. Appropriate documentation may be requested.
